The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Exclusion applies for custom-made items and hygienic items with broken seals.

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Article 10 – Delivery

Orders delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Article 11 – Complaints

Complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
